With the purpose of adding colour to people’s lives, making cities more beautiful, and preserving historic and important buildings for the society, Coral’s “Tudo de cor para você” has developed a project that has gone beyond the simple renovation of areas. The “Tudo de cor para você” in GRAACC, in partnership with C&C, is targeted at helping the recovery of children treated by the institution. The sponsor chosen for this specific edition was the actor Reynaldo Gianecchini.

The new edition of the “Tudo de cor para você” is part of the program to expand the Institute of Pediatric Oncology. The institute is run in technical-scientific partnership with the Federal University of São Paulo. The expansion will create of one of the largest treatment centers in the country for young people with cancer. For Coral, colours lighten the environment, make it cosy, and bring energy and peace to the patients.

The colour project for the new building was signed by Angela Barbosa. She believes that it is important to promote a dialogue with patients to make environment more human. The space will be more functional and also more welcoming. From this conceptual point of view, the hospital should become an extension of the patient’s home, since the cancer treatment lasts two to five years with constant coming and going. The idea was to create a happy and playful environment. 20 thousand liters of paints were donated to the “Tudo de cor para você” in GRAACC project. 29 colors of the paint Coral 3 in 1.

GRAACC’s new building is a milestone in the treatment of cancer in Brazil. A more colorful environment helps to turn the hospital into a more friendly place,” states Reynaldo Gianecchini. “Besides taking care of the painting of the new building, some of GRAACC’s employees were also trained in painting by Coral’s staff. We tried to bring more dignity and wellness to children served by GRAACC, and also collaborate so that the treatments have further positive results,” says Marcelo Abreu, Manager of Institutional Marketing from Tintas Coral and from the Project “Tudo de cor para você”.
