Let’s Colour Project adds colour to Melaka

Recognising the significance of restoring the legacy and culture of a country, Let's Colour Project is playing its part in preserving one of Malaysia’s iconic heritage sites by ensuring its distinctive character and tradition remains intact for future generations to come.

Recognising the significance of restoring the legacy and culture of a country, Let’s Colour Project is playing its part in preserving one of Malaysia’s iconic heritage sites by ensuring its distinctive character and tradition remains intact for future generations to come.

Under a 10-year (2009-2019) MOU with the State of Melaka, the Let’s Colour Project will be providing technical and design support, as well as suitable paints and coatings to recolour and preserve the uniqueness and originality of colours on 26 heritage buildings & monuments @ core & buffer zone of the UNESCO World Heritage site in Melaka. The project is part of PERZIM conservation & restoration works on one of the country most popular historical site together with the National Heritage Foundation.

The event took place on a sunny afternoon with crowd of more than 500 people.

The State Government was very appreciative in our participation in helping to preserve this UNESCO buildings. Project Warisan Melaka has made an immediate impact to both the 7 million local as well as the foreign visitors that the state receives each year.
