Paint and education are meant to go together, especially in the case of an art class. Let’s Colour helped to create a colorful wall painting to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Nam Wah Catholic Secondary School.

The school project gathered art teachers and students with a mission was to create a colorful mural outside the school’s art classroom. Let’s Colour helped this crew to celebrate the anniversary and also to make their school environment more interesting and alive.

Importance of a healthy school environment

School projects like this strengthen the relationship between students and their teachers and boost a sense of belonging. Besides, it is a great way to create a healthy school environment, that supports each child’s development. It’s scientifically proven that color can affect people’s mood and emotions and that’s why every paint tone should be picked very wisely, particularly in an educational setting. Earlier this year, we created some Surprising Paint Stories with Dulux paints, so check them out and see first hand the impact that paint and color can have on our behavior.

This time we added beautiful colors and positive energy to the Nam Wah Catholic Secondary School, but don’t forget to take a look at other Let’s Colour actions around the world.
