There are many places in the Netherlands in need of a bit of colour and in August 2011 Flexa chose to add colour to Football clubhouses up and down the country.

Clubhouses are buildings used by many people so by adding colour to them the lives of many would be effected. Clubhouses play an important role in how the Dutch spend their leisure time and club life is increasingly under threat making it harder to fund such things as redecorating.

The Let’s Colour project decided to step in and add colour to eight clubs across the Netherlands. In total the Let’s Colour project is going to give away 40,000 litres of paint to clubhouses across the Netherlands. The clubs that have already been painted are Buurthuis Eenhoorn, GSAVV Forward, Buurthuis de Ezel, Stal Starro, NBSVV, AV Spiridon, CFC Hermes DVS, Scouting Noordwijkerhout.

Colour was added to the interior of the clubhouses using colour schemes created by the colour experts of the Aesthetic Centre of Flexa. The colour experts not only paid attention at colours used in the club logos, but also tried to add a positive feeling to the clubhouse.

Club members were very happy with their new clubhouses. One happy club member wrote on Facebook “Thank you very much Flexa! This is such a nice present. Super cool!”
