Le Vecteur is a symbol of progress for the Ville Basse area of Charleroi. Ville Basse has a very bad reputation in the city, but a lot of artists live there and are eager to turn this perception around.
An old and tired building was been transformed by the Let’s Colour project and is now a beacon of the Old Town, adding life and colour to the impoverished area. A lot is owed to project ambassador Fabrice Laurent who motivated volunteers and played a pivotal role in driving the project forward.
This Let’s Colour project helped young creatives make positive changes to this big part of Charleroi history.
