Dulux China sustain the charity program with 20 more school repainted and invite Akzonobel staff and families to bring colour to the “Left-behind” Children’s life.

The “Left Behind” children in China is a national social phenomenon in rural areas, who got parents working in farther cities and only have shabby school facilities and don’t have enough emotional care.

Both school exterior areas (i.e. playground) and interior areas (classroom walls, activity room) have been renewed with colourful paintings to uplift their emotions and help children to study and play in a colourful space in a simple but creative way. We invited 15 AkzoNobel families to join us on site to participate repainting on site and engage children by playing with them with care and fun.

20 more schools with over 11,000 students are now studying and playing in renewed colourful space, which through the event they also feel the magical power of colour.
