British designer Matthew Williamson launched the Let’s Colour Project’s community regeneration project with the UK’s biggest ever paint-by-numbers.

The celebrated designer, best known for his use of colour and pattern in fashion and interiors, donated one of his famously colourful designs to create his first exterior project ever and marking the launch of a UK-wide community regeneration project.

Matthew Williamson said of the event, “Let’s Colour is a fantastic initiative to help revive and regenerate areas and communities. I love the idea that painting grey and unwelcoming areas in bright, vibrant colours can bring about a positive change and a sense of optimism in everyone who lives within them.” Williamson continued, “I think life should be filled with colour – the world would be a very dull place without it.
