Let’s Colour Lifts Off in Cyprus

Before the Let's Colour project came to Cyprus the exterior of the Satiriko Theatre was dilapidated and uninspiring, which put off most of the community from using it, but that was about to change.

Before the Let’s Colour project came to Cyprus the exterior of the Satiriko Theatre was dilapidated and uninspiring, which put off most of the community from using it, but that was about to change.

Various designs were put together by colour technicians and then voted on by people on Facebook. Large blocks of colour with the chosen murals were painted on to the theatre’s walls by local children, parents and actors from the community.

People really enjoyed the day, a festival atmosphere was in the air and everyone left with a great sense of achievement. A lovely “thank you” message was left by the locals to show their appreciation for the great work carried out by the Let’s Colour project.
