The Dulux Let’s Colour Project was open to all Irish communities giving them the opportunity to renew dull, grey and neglected community spaces, bringing them back to life with colour.

From April through to September, 173 community projects across Ireland were part of the Let’s Colour Project. These projects included 66 community centers, 22 Scouts clubs, 20 youth centers and 48 schools or crehes.

One of the volunteers who participated in a project said of the change, “This is the kind of initiative which empowers people and enriches communities. The Let’s Colour project can be the first stepping stone to getting other things done in  communities everywhere. We’ve no greenery in this part of the city and the project has given the area an uplift and introduced a splash of colour!”
