United Kingdom
26-27 March 2010
- City: London
- Area: Tower Hamlets
- Name of location: Virginia Primary School
On the 26-27 March we worked with the local community to paint one of the schools in London's Tower Hamlets – Virginia Primary School. It’s a Victorian building located close to Arnold Circus in Shoreditch. This was a great opportunity for us to bring colour to the lives of children, teachers and the local community. We added vibrant colours inside classrooms, hallways and in the playground, which included yellows, greens, pinks and reds. Yellow is the colour of joy, happiness and fun; and pink with red represent nurture – perfect colour combinations for environments with children.
