Let’s Color Project Turkey is to transform a 400 year old street in Istanbul

On the 1st July we will be transforming a 400 year old unique street of Istanbul called “Ayrilik Cesmesi Sokagi” (The Fountain of Departure street).

Often the name of a fountain tells its own story, as in the case of the Ayrilik Cesmesi which was situated at the point where the army and processions set out on campaign with caravans heading eastwards.

The Fountain of Departure will host one of the important gatherings of its history, where Marshall Paint workers, dealers, painters, volunteers, community members will gather to give end to the grey and bring colour to “Ayrilik Cesmesi Sokagi”.
